Answer:
The nominee should submit the following documents â
i) Application on plain paper (sample available on website)
ii) Xerox of deceased memberâs passbook
iii) Xerox of nomineeâs passbook
iv) Death certificate
How can the shares of a deceased member be transferred ?
Answer:
Legal heirs must submit â
i) Written application
ii) Legal heir certificate
iii) No-objection declaration from other heirs

Answer:
To update or change a nominee, submit â
i) Application mentioning old and new nominee
ii) Aadhaar & PAN of new nominee
iii) Two photographs
5ī¸âŖ Documents Required for Correction of Name in Share?
Answer:
To Correct Name in Share, submit â
i) An application addressed to the Society on plain paper stating the reason for name correction.
ii)Â An Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper declaring that the name mentioned in the share certificate and the correct name belong to the same person. The Affidavit must mention the concerned Share Registration Number.
iii)Â A self-attested photocopy of the Aadhaar Card.
